Auto Collision & Glass was very efficient and helpful with anything I needed. Bring me to Enterprise for my rental. Fixing a loose windshield washer line fitting. Always quickly and they cleaned my car when everything was fixed on my vehicle. Much better than the Del.a Son.c interior I've gotten. Much appreciated!

Submitted a claim with insurance company for a cracked windshield. Within minutes I had a call from Adam. He was courteous and knowledgable. I had an appointment for that same day. What great service!!! Dropped off car and got a call a few hours later that it was done. Picked it up, no paperwork needed. Fast great service. Windshield looked awesome, staff was awesome, happy customer. I have never had something like this go so smoothly. I found my new auto body shop.

This company, employee- Carter A. specifically, is going the extra mile for me and getting the right window, the first time. After having a horrendous experience with SAFELITE- 2 reschedules and not contacting me to reconfirm an appointment, I'm happy to say Allstate couldn't have set me up with a better company. Carter knew Safelite didn't bring the right windshield, even after Safelite initially rescheduled me because 'all our service techs called off today'. It should be an auto glass company's priority to bring the right window for the job and that's exactly what I'm finding with Auto Glass WNY. Carter went above and beyond to identify why the window wasn't correct when Safelite came out, so the same issue didn't happen again, turns out I need a fancy windshield you can only get from the dealer. This fancy windshield should NOT be an issue for a major company such as Safelite, apparently it is for them, but not for Auto Glass WNY! I cannot say enough about Carter's professionalism, attention to detail, and the overall outstanding quality of his customer service. Thank you Carter, and Auto Glass WNY for taking my headache away.
